Adding Value 101

“Adding Value” is among the top of the list of the most oft-repeated phrase in the corporate world today. And yet, the constant and consistent usage of this phrase has not diluted the innate meaning and the spirit of the term. With its roots in foundational economics the term is used at it’s most basic level to denote the difference between the sale price of a product and the cost of materials to produce it.

At Hydus, the etymology of the term means less than the significance it takes on in the context of our relationships with our customers and partners. To us it is the guiding principle of every one of our actions and words – be it internal to the firm or external in our interactions with our customers and partners.

“Adding Value” at Hydus means equipping each of our employees with the means and the willingness to take ownership of our customers’ most complex problems and provide a complete, economic and timely solution in a manner that exceeds the expectations of the customer.
