Indira Vishnampet

Indira Vishnampet - Indira Vishnampet is the founder and CEO of Hydus, Inc. As CEO, Indira leads the day to day operations of all 3 entities of Hydus (Hydus US, Canada and India) as well as the overall development and execution from a strategic growth. With 15 years of experience encompassing 2 Fortune 500, 1 Fortune 50 and 2 additional startup companies, Indira manages the financial, business development and strategic direction of Hydus.

In addition to her career growth, she is strongly involved in her community. She is an active board member at St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital in Sugarland and Indo American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston where she was the recipient of the 2007 Women Entrepreneur of the Year award. She is very active at the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston- Bauer College of Business where she mentors students and has been a guest lecturer. She is also active in the Executive Women Partnership a committee part of Greater Houston Partnership which provides senior executive women an opportunity to address business issues and interests, learn from each other and exchange ideas.

A Houstonian for two decades, Indira has a BBA from University of Houston.

Sharma Anupindi

Sharma Anupindi is the Chief Technology Office (CTO) of Hydus, Inc. At Hydus, Sharma is responsible for the entire technology portfolio of Hydus from a vision, direction and solutions standpoint. His areas of expertise include Service-Oriented A, BPM, Active Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions conception, execution and implementation. Sharma is also the chief architect of all the EIM Products designed, developed and marketed at Hydus.

Prior to joining Hydus, Sharma was a Senior Architect at TIBCO, Inc., where he was responsible for delivering information management solutions to large and complex organizations in a variety of industries and across multiple technology platforms. His experience also includes working for Stewart Title and Knowledge Based Systems, Inc.
Sharma holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU in Hyderabad, India.

Anand Rajaram

Anand Rajaram is the Director of Delivery Centers at Hydus, Inc. At Hydus, Anand manages the global delivery organization and is responsible for the complete execution of all engagements from the professional services and product development groups. Anand is a PMI certified project and program management professional with years of management consulting experience in the Big-5 firms. Prior to joining Hydus, Anand was a Senior Manager in the Information Services group at Accenture, Director of Business Systems at EGL - Eagle Global Logistics and Senior Consultant of Oracle Implementation Group at E&Y. .

Anand holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Mangalore University, India.
